Our Story
Sean Jennings began to take up fishing again in 2015 after a 20-year hiatus off the wild, rugged waters of the Big Island of Hawai’i. He recently started this blog to help himself get better at kayak fishing and to help others who are just beginning to get into this lifestyle sport.
Most people these days are used to getting their food from a supermarket, but we here at Master Kayak Fishing believe that food comes from out there, in the wild.
It is important to learn how to provide food for yourself our family. We just prefer to find it in the ocean. Especially since we live on an island surround by water and abundant sea life.
The site is dedicated to finding the answers to how to get into kayak fishing on a budget, what’s the best gear out there and strategies to put it all into use.
